OMNITECH AT THE IWF 2008 ATLANTA SHOW

Omnitech is pleased to announce that the recent IWF show was our companies "e;

Of particular interest to our booth visitors was the "e;NEW"e; fully automated Loading and Off-Loading system connected to our model SELEXX/PAL 5' x 10' which included a panel push-off system with integrated duct extraction. This fully automated line is able to process up to 90 - 100 panels in a single shift operation, without any fatigue to the operator, since no manual loading of panels is required. The loading and off-loading system is available on the SELEXX models MATE 4' x 8' - 5' x 10' and 5'x 12'.

Of particular interest was the fact that Omnitech can now equip the SELEXX line with features such as Touch Screen Monitors - Helical Rack and Pinion Drives - Barcode Scanning Systems and many other new features only found on "e;top of the line"e; CNC Machining Centers.

From February 15th - 17th 2007, Omnitech Systems celebrated the Opening of it's "West Coast Technical Center" in Tempe, AZ

On display were several of Omnitechs latest SELEXX CNC Router products, showing new innovations in this increasingly popular CNC Router line.

During the 3 day event, representatives of Omnitech's West Coast Dealer Network were able to meet with existing and prospective customers and to demonstrate the SELEXX machining capabilities in Nested Base Manufacturing, Raised Panel Doors, Solid Wood processing, engraving and more.

To provide both general as well as one on one information to our many visitors, representatives of Microvellum and Planit were present to provide software demonstrations on their software products.

To answer questions on tooling and aggregate applications a representative of Technik's was also available to provide information on the companies Aggregate technology and applications, show casing the latest in Aggregate technology from ATEMAG, Germany.

Visitors from 8 Western States were registered taking advantage of the educational opportunities provided by Omnitech and it's partner companies during this event.

The Omnitech Tech Center in Tempe, AZ will offer existing and future buyers of the SELEXX CNC Router product a unique working environment to have their individual needs in a quality CNC Router answered by our professional applications specialists.

OMNITECH SYSTEMS TO OPEN WEST COAST TECH-CENTER IN TEMPE, AZ.

To provide even better support to it's West Coast dealer network and to it's rapidly growing customer base in the Western States, Omnitech will open a Tech-Center in Tempe, AZ on October 1st 2006.

Located only 20 minutes from the Phoenix, International Airport, the OMNITECH (WEST) Tech-Center is staffed with experienced and customer service oriented CNC Technicians.

OMNITECH succesfully performs "NESTED DOVETAIL" processing on SELEXX CNC Router, with programs generated on <Dovetail DrawerCAD> from RouterCAD Inc., Dallas, Texas.

Here's what the operator had to say:

" We programmed the dovetail draw on Saturday. This was the first drawer machined. We just put the tools in the ATC, touched them off and ran the program. The draw went together perfectly the very first time".
