How has the Selexx router help boost production output and quality of work for your shop?
Purchasing our Selexx router from Omnitech was the best equipment decision we have ever made. We would not be in business today if not for that one purchase. We are able to not only quickly produce a very high quality cabinet, but have created an additional source of income by cutting parts for other cabinet and millwork operations in our area. Our client list includes sign companies, one man cabinet shops and large casework/millwork manufacturers as well as large contractors and individual business and homeowners. That diversity would not have been possible without our router.
How would you rate your experience with Omnitech in terms of reliability and quality?
We have had very few issues in the past 5 years. When the router needed to be serviced, a technician was promptly dispatched or the part was sent to us. The router has never been out of operation for more than 48 hours.
What type of new projects has the Omnitech helped your company with?
Plastic part fabrication has been the biggest single item. We are cutting parts for a sign company that is putting their signs, with our parts, into malls all across the country.
How has the customer service been with Omnitech?
I always have an answer by the time I hang up the phone. Customer service has never been an issue and is, in fact, one of the strong points of Omnitech.
What would you tell anyone thinking about buying an Omnitech?
Without having experience with the other router companies, I cannot imagine they could be an better than Omnitech. From the quality of the machine to the quick response in their tech services department, it cannot be any better than what we have experienced from Omnitech.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all the participants in our Open House event Oct. 15 th. Planit Alphacam, Cabinet Vision, Artcam and ETemplate Systems software along with the support staff from Omnitech Systems made the day.
