Omnitech offers this series in 2 configurations, WOOD and SIGN
The Spectra/Wood Version will come with a choice of either Alphacam Essentials or a trial of Cab-2-Nest. The Spectra/Sign will come with SAI’s Enroute Plus and is configured without the vertical drillhead.
SPECTRA Features
- Hardened and precision ground ball screws with anti backlash ball nuts are provided for movements of the Z axis.
- The X and Y-axis movement is via a precision rack and pinion system.
- State-of-the-art closed loop Delta digital servo motors are utilized on all axis.
- The vacuum table is made of a welded torsion resistant steel construction, on to which an industrial grade, extra hard phenolic table has been mounted for secure positioning of the work pieces and holding fixtures.
- An efficient dust collection manifold is provided for the Router and Drill Heads
- SK 30 Router Spindle
- automatic tool length calibration device “tool touch off”
- Controller: Syntec with Independent Cabinet and remote handwheel
- 10 HP BECKER vacuum pump with 250 cbm/hour capacity. This pump configuration will allow a wide range of flexibility in holding large and small work pieces for safe parts processing.
- A safety hood for the spindle working area.
- One set of light barriers on loading side of machine.
